The Final Shedding is a Yoga Nidra style practice designed to support deep release and integration. Created at the threshold between the Year of the Wood Snake and the Year of the Fire Horse, this practice helps you consciously close what has been loosening beneath the surface, and create space for what comes next.
While rooted in this energetic transition, The Final Shedding can be used at any time as a tool for general release, nervous-system regulation and letting go of what no longer serves.

Chakra Cleanse is a 20 minute guided meditation that works systemically through the seven chakras, using breath and imagery to release energetic build up and restore balance.
This practice supports stability, emotional flow, and a calm regulated nervous system, leaving you feeling refreshed, aligned and clear.

Fire Held by Earth is a 10 minute grounding meditation for those with strong, active energy who find it hard to slow down or feel rooted.

For best results, you’re encouraged to take a few minutes of gentle somatic movement beforehand to release excess energy and help the body settle. Using breath, chakra awareness, and guided visualisation, this practice then supports a shift from intensity and restlessness into steadiness, containment, and sustainable inner strength.

This New Moon, marking the alignment of the Sun and Moon in pragmatic, disciplined Capricorn, invites us to set intentions rooted in structure, long-term vision, and personal responsibility. Capricorn energy supports clarity around what we truly want to build whether that’s in work, boundaries, routines, or self-growth.
In these audio recordings, I’ll guide you through a clear explanation of the Capricorn New Moon energetics, including themes of commitment, maturity, and steady momentum, as well as a guided intention-setting practice designed to help you plant meaningful intentions that align with Capricorn’s earth-rooted energy.
