This six-part meditation series is designed to help you understand anxiety and respond to it in a calmer, more supportive way. Rather than trying to suppress or fight anxious thoughts and sensations, these practices guide you toward working with the nervous system directly.

 

Drawing on research from mindfulness, neuroscience, and compassion-based approaches, the meditations gradually introduce key skills such as observing anxious thoughts without becoming entangled in them, regulating the breath to calm the stress response, and releasing tension held in the body. Each practice builds gently on the last, helping you develop a steadier relationship with anxiety over time.
